Exceptional stay at La Charm. The staff amazed me with their attentiveness, especially Ms Loan, who went out of her way to assist with everything. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had an extensive array of options. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean with a lovely terrace. The free bikes were perfect for exploring the nearby countryside and getting a taste of local life. However, the noise from the street was quite disruptive. Soundproofing in the building could definitely use some improvement.

The included breakfast was extensive and tasty.
I was disappointed by the noise coming from the street. it made our attempts to relax quite frustrating. Additionally, staff were overly persistent in trying to sell us various services, which didn't feel helpful but rather intrusive. Although we had some good moments, these aspects significantly marred my stay.

An unforgettable stay! The welcoming check-in set a perfect tone. Our Deluxe Double/Twin Old Town View room was breathtaking! Breakfast was a feast with countless delicious options. Exploring the area on free bikes was a highlight. The staff, particularly Ms Nga, went above and beyond, making our visit truly special. Highly recommend!

during my recent trip to hoian for a wedding, staying at la charm hoian hotel & spa truly exceeded my expectations. the spacious deluxe double/twin old town view room was comfortable and had a lovely view. the warm and helpful staff, especially na, made our stay special by accommodating our needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed devouring breakfast each morning, such a vast buffet with fresh choices daily, I mean they had everything. The spa was just excellent, like divine treatments that helped us unwind after a long day of exploring.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth every penny.
