Well-designed and spotless rooms combined with GOOD facilities. Very comfy bed, a safe, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar. Location really close to the Old Quarter as well as the old town center.

Air-conditioned, stylish room complete with lovely big bathroom and good AC, as example. The location is good, at walking distance from Japanese Covered Bridge. The hotel provided a great customer service during our trip.

Nothing that i didn't like!

Stayed for 2 nights in this ideal place, thoroughly enjoyed that. The staff members were very, very nice and welcoming and suggested local places. The location was great and incredible, not too far away from Cantonese Assembly Hall. The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying the local area. I had a wonderful stay at La Charm Hoi An Hotel & Spa. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations for local places to visit. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the Cantonese Assembly Hall, making it a fantastic home base for exploring the area during my two-night stay.

The room was well-designed and spotless. It offered a private bathroom, a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. The hotel's central location was great, within walking distance to Nhat Silk Clothing Store, a market, and convenience stores across the street.

The location here is fantastic and perfect for exploring the Japanese Covered Bridge, with the added bonus of being close to local restaurants and shops, and we loved having a room with a balcony.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a big bathroom that had both a shower and a tub. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking taxis and providing recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied each day. The hotel also provided bicycles for guests who wanted to explore the city on wheels.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room here comes with AC, looking cool, free strong WiFi and a balcony for chill vibes. The bathroom is pretty big and lovely. They serve up some amazing breakfast options that hit the spot. The spot is great for hitting A Bang beach and getting around is a breeze. 🏖️

The hotel was perfectly clean. The staff were all especially helpful and extremely helpful. The central location near the old town, attractions, and local restaurants and convenience stores made it a pretty area. The Cam Pho district was worth staying in.

Nothing to complain about at all

The hotel is reasonably clean. The staff is nice and the room is spacious. The room has an effective air conditioner and a balcony, along with strong WiFi. The meal was appetizing and the service was nice. Everything in the hotel seems brand-new. The pool is great and the location is marvelous, close to the old town center.

We absolutely loved our recent romantic escape in Hoi An. The hotel we stayed at was stunning and had all the amenities we could ask for. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They were very helpful in organizing tours for us and the spa facilities were incredibly relaxing. Another advantage was that the hotel was conveniently located close to the old town, making it easy for us to explore and experience the charm of Hoi An.

One minor drawback was that the air conditioning in our room was a little weak. However, this was not a big issue for us and did not significantly impact our overall experience at the hotel.
